Bára is a physiotherapist specialising in paediatric physiotherapy since 2014. Her practice has been influenced by the Bobath course, intensive care and KISS syndrome. She emphasizes motivation and fun in her therapy for children, drawing on her experience in the courses and in her personal life. She has studied at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and the Slovak Medical University in Bratislava and has completed a number of specialized courses not only in the field of children’s physiotherapy. However, Bára’s greatest school is her children, to whom she now devotes her full attention.

Why she joined the project
Bára joined the project because she wanted to contribute to the creation of a comprehensive and professional source of information. As a mother herself, she struggled with the challenges associated with feeding her baby and felt there was a lack of comprehensive information on the market. Her goal is to help parents better manage the daily challenges of feeding their babies and avoid the uncertainty and groping she herself experienced.
Interests and points of interest
Bára’s biggest passion is riding, which she has been doing for more than 20 years. It is a way for her to actively relax and detach from everyday worries. In addition, she enjoys reading, traveling, swimming, yoga and other physical activities. Most of her time is now filled with her two young children, but she still maintains an insight into the field and pursues further education.
Favourite food
Bára generally loves to eat. Especially what someone else cooks for her. Cooking itself is not one of her great hobbies.
