Mgr. Lenka Růžičková

Psychologist and certified biosynthetic therapist

Lenka is a graduate of one-field psychology with a clinical specialization at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague. In his practice, he focuses on psychotherapeutic work, where he uses the methods of Gestalt therapy, somatic psychotherapy Biosynthesis and other techniques focused on the therapy of partner relationships and non-verbal communication. Her work is enriched by a wide range of postgraduate training and specializations , which enable her to offer comprehensive care for clients’ mental health.

Why she joined the project

Lenka decided to join The Eating School project because she appreciates that it conveys comprehensive information from a cross-section of different experts . She believes the programs lead to less anxious and fearful parents and more contented children.

Interests and points of interest

Lenka has a great passion for dogs, she is dedicated to their training and organizing dog races. In addition to her professional career, she also finds time for these activities, which bring her joy and relaxation.
